Magneto-transport characterization
The magnetic properties are probed by vectorial magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE), with spatial resolution down to 10 μm, and by a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer recently purchased.
Magneto-transport characterizations are made by standard two point and four point techniques. Two different closed-circuit He cryostats are available:
- 1.4—300 K, with magnetic field up to 7.5 T;
- 8—550 K, with magnetic field up to 0.5 T.
In the latter MOKE measurements can also be done, with the possibility of applying electrical voltage to the sample during the experiment.
